Abraham and William Cooper Memorial Library
The Abraham and William Cooper Memorial Library is the public library in Colonial Beach and is part of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library system. Inspiring Lifelong Learning.
BAMM - Beach Arts, Music, Mentoring
BAMM provides the children of Colonial Beach life enriching experiences in coordination with Colonial Beach Schools, within the community and the region. BAMM is a project of the Colonial Beach Community Foundation.
Colonial Beach Artists' Alliance
The Artists' Alliance is a cooperative art gallery showing work from over 20 of the finest regional artists in painting, photography, encaustic, glass, basketry, jewelry, pottery, sculpture, and furniture.
The Colonial Beach Artists’ Guild (CBAG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to bring varied visual art experiences and educational educational opportunities to the greater Colonial Beach and Westmoreland County community.

Colonial Beach Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce is committed to our businesses and our town. Toward this end, we attract, support, promote, and improve the climate for businesses to flourish and foster economic development and continued growth.
Colonial Beach Churches
Colonial Beach is home to several churches including Baptist, Episcopal, Methodist, Independent, Roman Catholic, and more.
Colonial Beach Civic Groups
Civic organizations in Colonial Beach are non-profit, charitable, social clubs that also raise money for local, regional, and national causes.
Colonial Beach Community Foundation
The Colonial Beach Community Foundation is a 501 (c) 3, nonprofit, philanthropic organization comprising individuals, families, businesses, volunteers, and donors who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents, full- or part-time, in and around Colonial Beach.
Colonial Beach Community Garden
Located in downtown Colonial Beach, the community garden grows vegetables that are donated to local food pantry's. In addition, residents can rent space in the garden to grow their own vegetables or flowers.
Colonial Beach Dog Park-Robin Grove
The Colonial Beach Dog Park is a new addition to town. All dogs must be at least 4 months old and have a valid dog tag and rabies vaccination certificate.

The Colonial Beach Gardeners group is made up of residents who love to garden! Flowers or vegetables, they love it all. The CB Gardeners are also philanthropic...beautifying town property one plant at a time.
CB Greenspace is a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to the conservation of Greenspace in Colonial Beach, VA. The primary purpose is to raise funds to improve the grounds and infrastructure for all parks and greenspaces in the Town.
Colonial Beach Historical Society/Museum
The Colonial Beach Historical Society rescued an historical house from destruction. The building became the Museum where artifacts and photos are displayed, telling the story of our town.
The mission of the Colonial Beach Humane Society is to control the feral cat population in CB through TNR (Trap-Neuter- Return) and colony maintenance.
Colonial Beach Performing Arts Association
Colonial Beach Performing Arts brings live performances to the town of Colonial Beach. We do it because we love live shows but also to add to the fun of Colonial Beach; making it a grand tourist destination!
Colonial Beach Public School Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)
The Colonial Beach Public School PTA raises money for various education programs at both the elementary and high school levels. It is all about giving back.
Colonial Beach Rivah Dogs, Inc. is a local 501(c)3 charity. They are a community of dog lovers dedicated to making Colonial Beach a dog friendly and dog safe town.
Colonial Beach Village
The Village is an aging-in-place organization which supports the functional, emotional, social, medical, and spiritual needs of older adults.
Colonial Beach Volunteer Fire Department
The Pride of the Potomac - the Colonial Beach Vol. Fire Department is a volunteer station in Colonial Beach, Va, They run approximately 600 calls a year with 30 active firefighters whose goal is to protect the citizens and property of Colonial Beach and Westmoreland County through suppression, prevention, and education.

The Colonial Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad serves the citizens of the Town of Colonial Beach and Westmoreland County, Virginia...celebrating 70 years of dedicated service.

Downtown Colonial Beach, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to revitalize our downtown waterfront community by fostering economic vitality, enhancing our quality of life, promoting our unique character, preserving our maritime history and supporting cultural activities throughout town.

The Guadalupe Free Clinic of Colonial Beach, Inc. is a medical free clinic (Tax Exempt Charitable Organization, 501(c)(3)) serving the indigent and medically-uninsured population of Westmoreland County and the Town of Colonial Beach, on the Northern Neck of Virginia, southeast of Fredericksburg. Founded in 2004, the Guadalupe Free Clinic is a part of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington and operates on the grounds of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Colonial Beach and is staffed solely by volunteers.
The James Monroe Birthplace Park & Museum at located at 4460 James Monroe Highway, Colonial Beach, Virginia 22443. This Park & Museum is supported by volunteers, through the stewardship of the James Monroe Memorial Foundation. The Visitor Center is open Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm during the Summer, from Memorial Day weekend Labor Day weekend. The Park, with its picnic area, is always open for private recreational activities during daylight hours.
